1. Why did the IT group at Royal Caribbean have such poor performance and business status in the company?

-Royal Caribbean is a type of good business, but the problem is they lack of understanding and the communication between each of them,
IT business is getting to know in the market and it gives a lot of ways how to be more up ahead or more investment may come....

2. What are the top three factors in Tom Murphy's turnaround of the IT function at Royal Caribbean?

-1st is the Communication-it is the best way of getting to know the things you wanna know through communication.
-2nd is Respect- this is the best thing to do is to be a respectful person so the thing that you may plan for the up coming errors in you there will someone can help you.
-3rd is metrics and time-we know that time is gold we should do thing's properly and don't waste time.

3. Visit the website of Royal Caribbean. Evaluate the effectiveness of the website and the services being offered to attract and serve the travel needs of costumers. What could be improved? Outline the business impacted of your idea.

- It has less of information but not all... I mean that the terms of their blogging their site...
they should improve a little bit so that more of the consumer can obtain their time and thing's they needed... I could ask them to be more responsible for their consumers...
